Payment Options

Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We accept cash, checks and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

We also suggest utilizing your financial institution’s bill payment service. This will eliminate the need for handwritten checks that need to be mailed.

Dental Insurance

Franklin Park Dental accepts all insurance carriers that allow the insured to be seen by whomever they choose. As courtesy to our patients, Franklin Park Dental will submit insurance claims electronically on behalf of its patients, provided the identifying information is made available to our staff.

Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted as form of payment. If payment arrangements are made (based on need), monthly credit card payments can be made with our merchant processer. An external healthcare finance option is also available in some instances.
